On May 12–13, 2025, the MET-EFFECT project was proudly represented at the CQE Days 2025, held at the IST Congress Centre – Técnico Lisboa, Portugal. Our team members, all talented young women scientists (Ana, Ekatarina, Teodora, and MJ), showcased the project’s latest achievements through a poster presentation titled:
“Synthesis and Characterization of Iridium-Apigenin Complexes: Towards Advanced Catalysis and Cytotoxicity.”
The event, organized by the Centre for Structural Chemistry (CQE), brought together leading researchers in the fields of chemistry and materials science. Our participation not only highlighted the innovative scientific work emerging from MET-EFFECT but also reinforced our commitment to promoting gender equality in STEM.
