The project coordinator, Ljiljana Mihajlović, was delighted to participate in the MSCA SE Feedback Day on November 28, 2024, in Brussels. This interactive event brought together representatives from the REA, MSCA SE project coordinators, and national contact points for dynamic discussions on critical topics such as budget allocation, staff eligibility, fostering SME participation, and bridging the academia-industry gap. Key implementation challenges were identified, and potential solutions for streamlining the process were proposed. The MET-EFFECT project team is proud to have contributed to shaping future MSCA SE calls, aiming to simplify and enhance opportunities for secondees in the most impactful way.
