Smart Diaspora 2023 conference took place in Timișoara, Romania, April 10-13, 2023. An event under the High Patronage of the President of Romania and the auspices of the Romanian Government was carried out by the Timișoara University Alliance, in partnership with the Ministry of Education and the Ministry of Research, Innovation and Digitization, UEFISCDI, and the Romanian Academy.
